The wine tasting is a one day program and it includes following wines:
1st part: Introduction to the Italian wine world.
2nd part: The vintage and the tasting
3rd part: Regional typology and marriage of different wines
4th part: Guided tasting of:
- - Typical Italian cold cuts (ham of San Daniele, Barris, Safaris,
salame and sopressa).
- - Local cheese (Montasio, Carnia, ricotta) paired with different
wines.
- - Dessert "Strucchi" and "Gubana" Rem Natisone valleys with
Ramandolo-Verduzzo.
- - News from the tradition: "the goose" (characteristic local
dish recently rediscovered and revalued).
